The Workshop is open to all interested participants, subject to a space limitation of about 50 people. The oral presentations will be made by the invited speakers, but other participants are encouraged to present posters if interested. There is no formal Registration Form or Fee, but because of the space limitation on total number of participants we require that all potential attendees, except the invited speakers, submit an informal email request to attend, addressed to kurapov@coas.oregonstate.edu. That request should include information concerning planned poster presentations. The requests will typically be acknowledged by an email notification of acceptance, until the total number of allowed participants is reached.

It is anticipated that participants will pay for their travel expenses from their own funds. CIOSS will provide limited financial support to the invited speakers.
